About Me

I am a fitness enthusiast and food lover. As a young child I swam competitively through high school. In 2013 I began working out regularly. In 2017 I found a love for CrossFit and I enjoy the challenge and comradery of working with adults. Over my time in the fitness industry I discovered a love for food and its importance in fueling my body for workouts. In 2019 I became a certified level 1 CrossFit Coach sharing my passion for fitness with others. Then in 2021 I obtained my WAG Nutrition certification and began nutrition coaching.
